These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products and services provided by Area 246 LLC ("Area 246," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, "Services").

- Business management tools delivered through messaging platforms that help small businesses track expenses, log revenue, manage schedules, and gain financial insights
- Conversational assistants delivered through messaging platforms that provide information including local government services, travel, events, and shopping
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with or without notice.
Certain features of the Services may be subject to usage limits. We reserve the right to set, adjust, or remove these limits at any time. If you exceed applicable limits, we may throttle, restrict, or temporarily suspend access to the affected features until the next usage period or until you upgrade your plan.
4. Account Registration and Security
- WhatsApp: Some Services are accessed through WhatsApp and require a valid WhatsApp account and phone number
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of the accounts and credentials used to access our Services, including third-party accounts such as WhatsApp
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary
- Unauthorized Access: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account
- One Account: You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or access controls
During registration and onboarding, you may be asked to provide account and profile information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. You agree that any information you provide is accurate and current.

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

- Use any automated system (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access the Services without our express written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code of the Services
- Use the Services to send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass others
- Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Services
- Use the Services for any fraudulent or illegal activity
- Submit sensitive personal information not required for the Services, such as government identification numbers, banking credentials, or health information, or share information about other people without their permission
5.3 Content Standards
Content you submit through the Services, including messages, images, and other media, must not:
- Be defamatory, obscene, abusive, or threatening
- Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation
- Infringe any intellectual property right of another person
- Contain illegal content or promote illegal activity
- Be likely to deceive, mislead, or defraud
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these standards.
6. Fees and Payment
- Fees: Some Services may require payment. Fees are stated in the applicable currency and may be charged on a subscription, per-use, or other basis as described at the time of purchase
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). You agree to their terms and conditions
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date
- Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in applicable product terms
- Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, and we may collect them when required by law
7. Intellectual Property Rights
- Our Content: All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the AI models and algorithms, are owned by Area 246 or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
- Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Services (such as receipt images, transaction records, or messages). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Services
- Feedback: If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, you grant us the right to use them without any obligation to you
- Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our express written permission

The Services integrate with third-party platforms for messaging, payments, calendar management, and other functionality. Area 246 assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. 9.2 Information Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate information through our Services, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided. Information provided through our Services, including government service information, pricing data, and event details, is for informational purposes only and should be independently verified. Area 246 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any government, governmental agency, or public authority. Information about government services, fees, procedures, and entitlements provided through our Services is sourced from publicly available information and may not be current or complete. Always verify before acting, including through official channels such as https://www.gov.bb or directly with the relevant government department or agency.
9.6 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AREA 246, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Area 246 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
- Your content or information submitted through the Services
11. Term and Termination
- Term: These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services
- Termination by You: You may stop using the Services at any time, but to terminate your account and request deletion of your data, contact us at legal@area246.com
- Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, access ceases immediately. We will delete account data, stored media, conversation history, connected third-party service credentials, and other personal information within 60 days of termination, except where retention is required by applicable law.
- Survival: Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply after termination

14.3 Arbitration
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
14.4 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
15. General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Area 246 regarding the Services.
15.2 Severability

17. Acknowledgment
