How will customers find my page?
You get both a link to share online and a QR code you can print and put on your counter or in your window for customers to scan. If you use WhatsApp Business, add the link to the website field in your WhatsApp Business settings and to your greeting and away messages, so customers get it without having to ask.
What does it cost?
Nothing to start. Every page comes with 90 days of everything Cari does, and you don't need a card. After that, your page stays up, with a monthly limit on changes.
Can I change my page later?
Any time. Tell Cari what to change, check the summary it sends back, and reply "confirm". Your page updates as soon as you do. Change it as often as you like during your 90-day trial. After that, there's a monthly limit on changes.
Can I change my handle later?
We don't currently support handle changes, so choose carefully. Some words and names can't be used.
Can I choose what payment and contact details show on my page?
Yes. You can show or hide each way to pay or contact you, and each social link, one at a time. You can hide your address, or where to find you altogether, too.
Why does my page say "Awaiting review"?
New pages go live straight away with that banner while our team takes a quick look. You'll get a WhatsApp message and an email when it's approved.
Which payment options can my page show?
Your page can show any of these payment options:
  • In many countries: PayPal, Wise, Revolut
  • Barbados: Bimpay
  • United States: Venmo, Cash App, Zelle
  • Brazil: Pix
  • Portugal: MB WAY
  • Spain: Bizum
Some options only work in certain countries.
